Inactivated account.

My discord account got inactivated cause i sent a guys phone number who was harrassing me. When he got banned on discord he kept calling my phone, he made a new discord and i asked him in a server why he keeps calling me on my phone and screened his number and posted it. Its is full legal in sweden cause everything is public here sharing phonenumbers etc. But i am the guy who gets inactivated account for  "sharing personal information" He legit have 3 banned accounts for harassing and i am the one who gets suspended? Shouldnt it be the other way around when he is ban evading?
