server display problem

Захожу на любые сервера и мне на картинке видно, что каналов там нет или нет доступа, хотя буквально секунду назад они были. Есть скриншот этого окна.

I go to any servers and I can see in the picture that there are no channels or there is no access, although just a second ago they were. There is a screenshot of this window.
