Ticket agent named Marengo marks ticket as solved without doing anything

A ticket agent named Marengo keeps marking my ticket as solved for no reason without saying anything or doing anything. Anything I can do to get in touch with a human at discord?
I don't believe this is a real person because it just seems automated.

    i'm having the same issue of my ticket being marked as solved constantly even if i explicitly message that the issue is still there, soon after i send a  message the ticket label shows "open" but after a couple of hours it moves to solved again

    however last reply was from clyde not an human

    Pikywiky I hope you get a response from a human soon, keep trying.
    I've had to reopen the ticket 20 times here already...

    same thing here, surely they should not be allowed to be doing this unless its clearly stated that the ticket was solved.

    I dont think they are allowed to do that no, I recommend filing a formal complaint at the BBB if you're from north america (You will get a bot response from discord so just don't accept that reply and be formal about it). And / or just keep opening the ticket

    In my ticket there are 2 pages almost full of "Stop marking my ticket as solved"

    dull forgot to mention that if you send a new message after your ticket was marked as solved it opens the ticket again

    Yes I filed a complaint to the BBB days ago, someone else on the forums has had their ticket open for 20 days, at this point discord will be replying by the time their account has been deleted. Thank you as well ^_^

    This seems to be a widespread issue with the ticketing system. I've got the same issue of tickets being marked as 'solved' with zero action or resolution.

    This happened to me yesterday actually lol
    Even the two follow up tickets I created were marked as solved without any agent response.

    is this a joke? I opened another ticket issued theyicket getting solved without  response and it was closed without  even an human message, same thing for the follow up message while the original ticket still gets closed  without response

    they are aware of this and do not care about it, they only care about their own interests
