Discord Tag

Greetings! I've heard rumors that the new update will remove the numbers in our discord tag (ex : Hello#1234). As a loyal user of the platform, I believe that this would make it a rather difficult and annoying experience not only for me, but for many other users as well. I say so because making a new and unique username is already difficult enough considering the amount of people using this platform. Not only that, searching up usernames and adding friends would also be more difficult as there could be many other people that share a common user. If it ever turns out that these rumors are untrue, i sincerely apologize. However, I hope this feedback is taken into careful consideration and i hope discord remains a user-friendly interface! You are correct! The rumors are true. We are all trying our best to get Discord to understand that no one wants this change and we are very upset about it and that they must not do this.
