add a way to remove phone from "accidental" account

it's basically a week that i'm locked out of my actual phone number, the reason is simple, when i try to add it to my account it shows as "already in use on another account" but using the classic "enter phone  + forgot password" method doesn't send me any code/link

we need a feature that allows us to remove our phone form other accounts, something like sending a verification code to the phone number, if you enter it in the app you can clear the phone number from the other account and add to the current one

it's two tickets that are currently ignore by discord, even sending proof of the "forgot request" failing with a {"message": "You need to verify your phone number in order to perform this action.", "code": 70007} code, we need a way to prevent this bug from happening to other users

atm if someone steals your number or if discord crashes while you are verifying your phone you will be stuck in an "phone alredy in use" but "cannot send a password reset cause your phone is not verified" loop.

also whose idea was to consider an UNverified number as alredy in USE on another account? it's obvious that if a bug happens or someone steals my number they won't be able to verify it but they are able to hold it in use?
