Onboarding vs Welcome Screen

Some people prefer the Onboarding system, some people prefer the Welcome Screen, so why should Discord disable the Welcome Screen feature?

These two systems should be available simultaneously, there is no reason for the Welcome Screen to be disabled. I much prefer it for my servers than Onboarding which I find tedious and impractical. I know many people who simply refuse to complete the Onboarding process and would rather not join the Discord than use it.

Please bring back the Welcome Screen and leave it in place, its a great feature and is much simpler and cleaner way to welcome newbies to a server.
