Late updates to mobile + Nitro suggestions.

okay, so I sent this suggestions to the app but I was asked to suggest it here also; I don't like how slow our updates on mobile are, some people already have the themes on mobile while most of us don't which is a little upsetting, not only that but I have once again just updated my app and when I press on "What's New" it continuously says "Client out of date, update to the newest version." which confuses me cause I just updated the app. About the nitro suggestion, it'd be lovely since we pay for our nitro to also be able to customise our own themes to our own liking and the preset ones to be for everyone in order for people to not break TOS by adding the themes themselves, it'd be really nice if that was possible.
