Move the Voice Message button over, replacing the nitro gift button

While the feature to send voice messages has its advantages and of course disadvantages, the location of it is horrible currently. I already find myself often clicking on it on accident, attempting to get to the emotes.

Either make an option in the settings for those that don't wish to use the feature, or move it to some other place more concise with the general usage of discord mobile. An idea would be to move the gifting option into the + menu, and putting the voice messages there. People rarely use the nitro gifting button in general (at least from my experience), and given simple usage, the feature itself doesn't seem relevant enough to have its own dedicated button when compared to camera, which gets used far more frequently from own experience.
