“Why are you leaving?” prompt when user leaves our server

I would like to suggest an optional feature for community servers. When a user leaves my server, I’d like to know why. Was it due to too many pings? Lack of engaging content? Not enough giveaways? This feature, which would be an optional prompt after a user leaves a server, would provide invaluable information to community server owners looking to improve their server retention. A simple multiple choice and maybe an optional “feedback” field would be anonymized and then sent to the server owner’s analytics dashboard. It’s critical that this prompt be as simple and non-intrusive as possible to encourage users to interact with it. -too many pings -not engaging enough -toxicity/harmful content -lack of events, emojis, roles, etc -joined the wrong server -onboarding too complicated -
