* Action Text * and corrections incorrectly being detected as bullet point lists

A recent change in markdown processing has made it so lines starting with a "*" are considered bullet lists. However, many roleplaying servers use messages like "* does the thing *" to indicate an action, which under the new system is misinterpreted as a bullet list.

This even applies to messages that were written before the markdown change, resulting in old messages changing formatting. In addition, the need to type "\" before any "*" is going to be annoying going forward.

This also applies to people "correcting" messages by posting "* correction" as the next message.

This should either be an option in the server settings to disable this and/or any line with two of any of the "bullet" characters with text between them should not be treated as a bullet list. In addition, if the mesage is only one line long, it should not be interpreted as a bulleted list.

This also applies to the other characters that introduce a bullet list, like "-".
