Disabled Account

Hi, yesterday i buyed nitro with the wrong paiement method.

I contacted my bank to get a refund but my account got disabled for "retrofacturation".
I have a 9,99€ nitro boost on my account, 3 servers with 900+ members and 137 friends.

I afraid to loose my account, and i only have 14 days left to get my account deleted by discord.

I contact support but there is no response.
