Approximate waiting time for age verification
Hey, do y'all know how long it takes to verify age? My friends got a response within an hour, two or three, and I'm waiting, waiting and waiting and there's no response in ticket. Is it worth waiting at all?
How long does it even take on average to get a response from support? I'm impatient, I'd like to know anything. Even a little information will comfort me.

I've found that each ticket reason has a different average response time; meaning that tickets don't seem to be answered in order of submission time, but urgency based on the reason given.

They changed status of my ticket to solved but didn’t write anything and my account is still disabled. What should I do?

That is their way of saying "f*ck off". Discord Support is known to close tickets/mark them as solved without responding or giving an adequate answer.

their support system is almost non existent, this happened to me in the past and I got my account back within 2 days, my question is why can't that be my vouch?? A troll reported me and now it's almost been 2 weeks without a response. What a joke of a system
