Why wont customer service respond to my requests?
Ive sent 10 requests over the past few weeks trying to get some help because my account was falsely disabled WITHOUT receiving an email about it. Ive only ever gotten 3 replies from Clyde telling me that my account will not be reinstated and that I need to check the email I didn't get.
How can I get a real person to help me with this?

I believe this is a case of 'you get what you pay for' situation. Discord provides a free service, in exchange for your information. Any additional services that you require is going cost time and money. Clyde can help with some of that. This forum may provide some answers, but an actual person costs actual money. It may be cheaper to just have you create a new account and start over, and if you don't like it, I mean, where else in town are you going to get all this for nothing?

ryan, people pay 9.99 usd a month for nitro. this is not a "you get what you pay for" situation, this is a, "you pay and we give you literally nothing" situation. discord needs to fix it's shit.
