Slash Command Permission Suggestion

Bot commands can be a very annoying thing to appear inside of chats where they are not wanted, so my solution to this would be to add in new permission that would allow certain users/roles to be allowed to run slash commands in a given channel. That way they can be disallowed in certain channels and allowed in others.

TLDR;

Add in a new permission to every text-based channel that would prevent users from being able to send slash commands in that channel.
