Discord support hasn't responded in 17 days now about disabled account.
I found a server on Disboard that was endangering minors and joined in order to get the server ID and report it. The server got taken down, but so did my 6 year old account for having been in the server TO REPORT IT. It has been 17 days now with no response from support about this. I messaged both of Discords Twitter accounts and was told that it had been forwarded to trust and safety, but they never did such a thing because the only reply I got back was telling me to make a new ticket with trust and safety. This app is a joke.

Lyanza3tar I have not, I have not even gotten a response from them and it has been almost 22 days now. Not through tickets, twitter, or messaging their security officer directly

Fundip, I have good news! I got a response yesterday after 5 days. They told me they'll need another picture to update my age containing my face, a paper that has my username written with ur tag, and my id. So there is hope at least, I'm glad they responded. How many times have you reached out? Did they send u anything or any email?

@Lyanza3tar I still have not and also that sounds super sus. Why would they need a pic of your face, and your id? None of that information would in in their database? Did they contact your back through the ticket system here on the forms?

I wouldn't trust that at all. If they don't reference the ticket number then they are not from discord.

How Long does Discord Account get Disabled For? Discord disables the account for 14 days and then deletes the account. The disabled account can be recovered by following the fixes provided here. However, if the account has been deleted, then it is not possible to get back to it.

I sent about 4 emails and a message on twitter which they have not replied to. Chase responded to my first email. Also, don't lose hope since i know some people who got a response after 16 days abd their account too. Hope you get yours soon.

Lyanza3tar Yah that looks legit. The ticket number is there so it's legit, still a SUPER odd way of verifying but I am super happy for you. Now I just have to hope they will help me now… it's been a month. Apparently the recovery team only has 10 people (Don't know why they only have 10 but…) and there is a hacking wave going on.

The recovery team being only 10 ppl is so dumb. They get like thousands of emails each day if they dont reply our accounts may get deleted because of them!
