New Channel Icons Break User Interface

The new icons that appear before channel names cause the interface to not show which channel you are in via the channel list.

In servers where this feature has not been enabled yet, whichever channel you are in will be shown as highlighted, making it easy to tell at a glance.

In servers where the icons appear before the channel name, it is no longer highlighted at all, instead only showing the small grey "person-plus" icon or the "cog" icon to the right of the channel name (which shows up whether or not the new icons have been enabled).
