Support can’t let me regain access from Limited Access even though the FAQ says it should

Me too system has limited my access without any reasons and when you submited appearl ticket for Turst & Safety clyde will replay for you that your account not banded , i go to Help & Support team (select gitting issue) then they told they will be forward my ticket to Trust & Safety team , but thats before 5 day and nothing changed yet.

the support is so bad, its been 3 weeks that im on limited access and nothing is going on all they say is "wait a few days and it will work again" most cancerous support ive ever seen in my life at any f'in company.
and now when i reply to the ticket they just mark it as solved lmao. pathetic

I can't access my account again because I got limited access on it I need my account back and I have work on my account and support doesn't help soon even when they say they do

I can't access my account again because I got limited access on it I need my account back I added to many people quickly and discord thought it was spam but I'm not a spammer I wanted to make friends and I really need my account back for work please I've contacted support so many times but they do nothing

Same problem here. Discord Support refuses to respond to me. I was placed on Limited Access for zero reason with zero explanation. I was told it would be removed within a couple days. It's been an entire month, it has not been removed, and now an account of 7 years progress is now forfeited for absolutely zero reason. I woke up one morning and received a DM saying I was placed on limited access, again, up until this point, did not do anything wrong. I've emailed this unprofessional support team over 15 times and have not received a solution or even a response at that. Is there any way I can contact a higher up than Discord support employees who don't respond? This is pathetic.
