That's all what you need to know about DISCORD policy > you will be immediately banned by FAKE reports, without any proceedings BEFORE the ban. You will be banned ONLY because some kid told you're younger than 13 years. The same happened to me and some other people from the same server where i was, one idiot has wrote to me and them "wait for a ban or pay 50 rubles", at least 5 people from our server was banned by his reports.I have sent 2 questions from below and these tons of text to discord support, and they were just ignored:
- Why is a ban immediately issued without any proceeding?
- Why wasn't he banned for his "reports"?
«birthdate» is very often being used to just complete stupid registrations, and i sure a lot people doesn’t care about this, so they choosing any random date. ALSO «discord» is not the social network, nobody sees the birthdate of any man, so why do you think that people will write the real birthdate during the registration? Besides all this, registration in discord doesn’t requires to present a proofs that somebody is old enough, and discord ALLOWS to choose 2020 (!) year as a birthdate. Our collective bans must be a joke because of it all.
Sure i've sent my age confirmation and.. i'm waiting for answer already 6 days. I wonder how many people was banned already because of this stupid staff's relationship to their users)"жди бана или скидывай 50 рублей"))

Hi, I'm noticing just as the rest of some of the discord users that my account was disabled due to probable false accusation of my age being below the discord terms of service.
-i would like to address my ideal and honest thoughts on this
Being professional about it, I feel as though this is a ridiculous way of being able to sniff out people below the age of 13, because in this circumstance almost anyone can be accused of being below 13, and I've noticed that some people will even photoshop your message so they can make you say something else so they can report you, so far it's been about 2 days since my account was disabled and I have appealed it, knowing that this isn't just a country or a state-wide issue, I feel as though this policy should be removed to better the chances of people's account being appealed much faster and no one being accused falsely of being underage.2 -
My account got disabled because of the exploit, people asking you questions like math to get you to say 12, then edit that msg to "how old are you" etc. and report it. (I don't remember answering questions like that), but I was able to get it back after 5 days finally. Discord support sucks honestly, but if you act nice and give more information or tell them about the exploit (if that happened to you) etc etc like paying for nitro, and provide proof of age (if you can) they will respond to you in a few days

- lol, i have sent proofs of my age a 7 days ago, some ShaneA has closed my ticket with "solved" status, and there is no any answer and unban)
