Active Threads Limit

I have read on a reddit post that a server may only have 1000 active threads and unlimited archived threads. Our server is about to reach the 1000 active threads limit, maybe it would be best if we have option to bulk or mass delete threads with filtering, or a setting where thread gets automatically deleted, not just archived but also removed from Discord database, after n hours or days. And even though there is an option to [hide after inactivity], this neither archive or delete the thread, it just hide from threads list but remains active.
