Changing Twemojis To the more updated Google's Noto Emoji Color Font For Emoji 15.0

As days come, Google have released the new Emoji 15 for his devices android and his open source color font, but Twemojis these days haven't updated and with the changes that Elon has done to Twitter in the past months it is not near that the Twitter's Twemojis will be updated, at least not in a near future for the moment.

i suggest Discord to instead using the Google's Noto Emoji Color which is Free to use and Open Source, it is even updated with the most recent emojis.
