How long does it take for Discord support to reply within a ticket?
Recently I have filled an support ticket as my account has gotten disabled for something I did not do, it said I was involved in fraud and stuff whereas as I was not the one involved on doing as it was a hacker that hacked my account. I am scared as my account will get deleted in 14 days as I had all my school friends contact and everything :(

It takes them to reply, but the thing is that I got wrongly banned/disabled for. I was never involved within fraud and now a bot just keeps going on to my ticket. I just want to talk to an actual person and talk it through.

i opened a ticket for a server where the server-owner encourages harassment, after 1 month and sending even more links to various messages i still haven't received another answer... on the other hand i had some tickets solved within 3 days - discord support is weird...

Well it totally depends on the device you are using and the network connection in the area you are using the website. Usually discord responds pretty fast in like 2 or 3 seconds maximum in rare cases but in fractions of second usually.

My account got wrongly limited access and every time I try to regain access they send me a email about they will reply shortly but they never do

Same here. Got disabled for no reason and didn't get any email telling me why. It's frustrating since I can't properly appeal a decision that didn't get explained
Edit: I've been a member since 2016 and just got nitro yearly last month.

Mine is the same as yours i woke up to being disabled and no email and haven’t gotten a response all day
edit: i’ve gotten one response just asking if i have a ticket open and no more responses

I have the same problem RN! A hacker got into my account, I messaged discord on any platforms I could think of and still the issue isnt resolved, I still have some time left the the though the the Discord team isnt gunna do anything is terrefying. Did discord respond at the end?

Kesk my account disabled too for the same reason i was trolling one guy he asked me if im 10 years old I told me im 9 actually im 31 🤣 i can't afford loosing my account i send discord support my photo with the id the bot keeps making the ticket solved but nothing changes on my account

my account got disabled under suspicious of being under 13 when i'm already old enough to use discord. i already sent them my id and no reply since 13 days(soon 14)

It's been about 16 days for me and I haven't gotten a response on my single open ticket for a hacked account, every other ticket has been solved (no proper response, just automated even after i reply) and they even bothered to send me a “how would you rate your service” lol. Still haven't gotten my hacked account back or a genuine response.

Bluesn did you ever get your discord account back and how long did it take for discord to respond back to your email? I just was send a random discord link by someone that was a secret link to join a server and I didn’t know it was a phishing link and I clicked on it and hackers had access to my discord account and password and keeps spending money on my PayPal using discord nitro by gifting it to people and I can’t get my discord account back and idk what else to do. I have so much friend and I’m owner of 10 servers on that account and I’m 100 servers and need my account back. All I keep getting is responses back from Clyde discord bot not an actual discord me never and I just need to talk to a real actual human being from discord who can solve this issue.

They disabled my account stating that I'm underaged while I am not and my ticket is taking too long to be replyed and now I am just worried if I'll get my account back

Same boat here. My account got compromised. I sent a support ticket two weeks ago, and so far, nothing has come up. Despite the first time, they responded that it wasn't from the email that was originally associated with the account, and I sent one from the email originally associated with the account, and now I'm just waiting for a response and it’s been 2 weeks so far
Edit: I'm just worried rn that I won't get the account back and I've been a member since 2016 and got yearly nitro almost a year ago2 -
Damn, i got wrongly banned for UNDERAGE cuz someone had a problem with me… Wrote on support, sent pictures to verify my age a few back and nothing. Some say they will respond, some say they wont and im getting kinda worried now that ill have to give my goodbyes to my sweet account that was with me from the start.
edit: After a week of no response i made a new ticket that had my id, pic of me and nickname on a paper. I wrote in the ticket name what im looking for and that the ticket contains everything expected and after a day, they responded, atleast they made the ticket ,,solved,,. But the thing is my account is still banned and didnt recieve any response on what is happening.This sh is weird

Ngl I'm lowkey freaking out here, my account got hacked and from what I've seen got disactivated aswell by the hacker, which mean it'll be deleted in 14 days normally (and it's roughly been 12 days) I've made tickets and all but all iI've gotten was bot responses and they making the issue solved despite not solving anything.
It's genuinely crazy how incompetent this all feels.

It's been 21 days since my account got disabled …. I never replied to any of my tickets, one of them got solved after 8 days with no response, the other I created on the same day I did with my first one. I had messaged them thru email but that one is still open. I created a follow up ticket after the first ticket I sent and I've been waiting 13 days …Its still open.

You should check the guidelines and rules, also the subject of your Ticket. I when my account got disabled my tickets were also getting solves for no reason, untill I found out I missed the subject for this specific topic and ignored a vew guidelines. After I did everything right I made two tickets on two subjects, and send discord and email. It actually worked, I now have remained full access over my account!

Well, it was a month since i created a ticket to update my age. I even managed to write another ticker in case i did something wrong and all they did, was make the ticket ,,solved,,. Didnt recieve any response on what is happening and yet here i am still banned. I think if you get falsely banned for underage, u can say your goodbyes to you account, or maybe i am just unlucky but what i know for sure is that the support team is totally useless…
Now as im reading these comments, i might take Tinus24s advice and hope for the best…
