[Feature Request] Membergroup/role icons need to be visible in member list

Hello,

The membergroup/role icons aren't visible in the member list. Before this feature was implemented, we used to use emoji to distinguish ourselves as staff while disallowing others the use of emoji in their name (which we still disallow to mitigate confusion).

However, since we've converted to the membergroup/role icon feature, there has been repeated issues where new members don't know who is staff if staff isn't online and chatting. (And yes, we do have the staff members listed right at the bottom of the #1 channel everyone needs to read before joining, but you know how that goes.) Given how great this update was, I suspect that this might have been an oversight.

Therefore, I'd like to request that membergroup/role icons be present at all times (whether online, offline, or any other status) in the member list.
