Discord's Support and Staff is a Joke.

Discord itself is not awful, but god forbid the support team do their jobs. 

My account was falsely disabled yesterday after someone had reported it for "being underaged". First of all, it shouldn't just straight up disable the account without actually looking into the context of what was said. I know damn well they can see everyone's messages. Secondly, instead of doing their jobs and actually responding to appeals, they spend their time doing god knows what and ignoring all claims until accounts are deleted completely. It has been almost two full days since I appealed, with no response in sight, and I have seen a magnitude of people also complain about not having a solution after weeks. WHOLE WEEKS.

Discord, please fix your staffing issues, stop accepting reports that are 99% fake immediately, or both. This is an easily fixable problem that can either be solved internally, or by losing half of your userbase.

    I agree, same here, why does it get suspended so fast for invalid reasons but could take an eternity to get back? I can't contact my friends for being "underage", I'm a grown up man and feel lost on this. Have you managed to get your account back yet?

    Meanwhile my main account has been reported by many for being hacked, as well as having a support ticket ACKNOWLEDGED by discord staff, and it's somehow still not deactivated

    Its sad to see i'm not the only one who is waiting DAYS for response from a support team.... My account has been hacked and disabled. Only response was from a bot to reset the password, which can't be done because i'm getting "Account is disabled" message.

    Open a ticket and in the mean time, hit up Discord's support twitter. I got my account for THIS SUPPORT WEBSITE suspended because they closed my UNSOLVED TICKET and I kept making a NEW ONE and they hated it. :) So... I'm going nuclear and blowing up their communications on all fronts. Speaking of which, please go to my tweet (here) and reblog it with an @ for @Discord_support so they'll HAVE to see it regardless of if they want to or not? Thank you.
