    Though there is one thing

I've noticed Discord tends not to solve issues on the weekends. They claim it's 24/7 support so it's likely a ghost crew with mostly bots handling stuff.

Got a bit of activity on my ticket just a couple of minutes ago as we speak. Unsure if someone is currently looking at it like a bot or a human. I wonder how the process even works over at Trust and Safety altogether. How will you even know when a real person is on the case and where will their name appear on it?

I know where the bots name appears on it, right under the separation line above the complaint ID. I assume it's the same place for a human too. “Assigned to” only happens when there is “someone” assigned to your case.

Since it happened I've been doing extensive research into others experience with T&S and it's not optimistic.

    1. There is no real queue. They just grab one out of the bunch. I assume there's a list much like for our tickets on their screens but for others and they don't really start from the top or bottom, they just pick one.

    2. “Too many” replies and more tickets makes you a lower priority.

    3. Your ticket being “escalated” could either be “We're taking you seriously” OR “We're telling you this so you'll shut up.” because it seems to take months for some people even after escalation

    4. The most common complaints to discord that I've seen are Scammers, Hackers, and wrongfully disabled accounts (mostly due to age discrepancies or Nitro charge backs)

Just recently, I helped a user out to get their Discord account they lost back on Friday, and they got theirs back on a Saturday the next day after, thank goodness.

I hear a couple of differing stuff on Support that they do weekends, but I'd guess they're mainly not working on a Sunday since I've noticed that's when they're quieter.

My recent ticket was closed again marked as “Solved” for no reason again, but I made a new one where I finally didn't get a Clyde response and an immediate ticket escalation from Bell Pepper about an hour later.

Good to hear you got your account back Pusongdiliman2

I wonder if it could be the case for me in May. Now it's been a month since the hacker was likely locked out of my account.

I think for now I will just simply chill on my alt I made with a different email until hopefully sooner or later I can get it back.
