Time Limited Notifications @here, @everyone

Can Discord add notifications that expire?  eg expires in 60 minutes use @here,1 hour
or expires at 9 pm use @everyone, until 2100 hours
It will ping users on the server only until the time is up. 
I want users to join my event that finishes in 3 hours.  After 3 hours cancel the ping automatically.  Now if users log in after the event they don't have to see a ping for something that has expired.
