Lurk Mode/Text Bar disable option

I think a Lurk mode or Option to disable the text bar for a certain server would be nice.

 

For people who might not want to talk but still want to check out what's going on in the server. Also for people with big fingers that give themselves away by typing in the text bar by accident or tapping on a name unintentionally.

    There should be a way to do this; 

    On perms: 

    1. Mark “Read Messages” on.
    2. Mark “Send Messages” off.
