am getting discord notification sound without reason

please check out what no has texted anything or did anything all my 30 friends were offline like 12 am I was getting discord notification and checked out every server I joined there were people in rooms speaking but discord is giving notification without reason no texts in any server or in the channel but still getting discord notification continually please sort this out.
