Slash commands choices as a date + time

I'd like to be able to allow users to pass a date to my bot, conveniently. 

Here's my use-case:
`/schedule <name of game> <date_time>`

I'd like the `<date_time>` option to display a date picker, sort of similar how `/giphy` shows an image picker:

Asking users to input a date as text is horrible, parsing user-provided dates is a nightmare. Users do not type ISO dates.
