Alternatives to "Playing ..."

I use Discord almost exclusively for work. I find the presence status updates very useful. I use extensions for VSCode and Google Chrome to update my status, but it always says "Playing". I'd like the option to change this to something like "Working on ..." or even remove the prefix entirely. I hope what I'm suggesting is clear. This is somewhat different from the "Custom Status" feature, which doesn't work with the presence updates.

    Agreed. I use foobar2000 for music, and it would be nice to have it say "listening to" like with spotify. It would be very nice to have that be customizable
