Fix the bug that makes a user appear banned when he is no longer banned

When someone is banned and then unbanned, it regularly happens that he can no longer reach the server because of an invalid link.
This problem happens regularly on a large number of servers and has been happening for a long time.
Be aware that the bug can be solved if you are on a PC and you try on Android for example or vice versa. In fact, it amounts to changing client and IP.
This bug can be solved quite easily but is quite restrictive.
It would be desirable that this one is solved by the development team.
