Mark Message as Actionable

It would be great if as a user, I'd be able to mark or flag messages as actionable. This would be available in DMs and in guilds. It should be visible as a single list that aggregates all tasks from all channels, and privately belongs to the user.

  As in, when working in a team and a message describes or infers an action that needs to be performed in a project, for example.

  Kinda like the "Saved items" feature in Slack:
