want bots to be able to block users
The bots are constantly receiving messages from the spammers.
It is critical for large bots, and can cause failures on rare occasions.
So we want to be able to block bots as well.
This will benefit all developers.
It will block messages from unwanted spammers, etc., and reduce the load on bots.
This is a feature I would like very much.
