media not visible

I cannot see any media that is displayed by a bot neither can I see GIFs (i only see the link). For example, when i play songs using groovy bot, it shows a small dot instead of the details of the song i just played (it does play the song, i just cannot see the details). The same issue is with a lot of other bots. When I send a link to a youtube video, it doesn't show the details and the thumbnail (while it's supposed to). I only see the link. I have updated the app to the latest version and I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it doesn't work. This is the first time something like this is happening to me. Please tell me what's going on and help me resolve the issue ASAP.
