Video Pop-Out Clickthrough

I tried to find similar posts so I apologize if this is a duplicate. 

The video pop-out feature is amazing and allows for single monitor users to multitask. That being said I feel like it could really benefit from a click through option. It has a always stay on top option but if you mouse over and click it refocuses the windows and sometimes breaks the always stay on top. A click through would fix that letting it ignore and pass any mouse inputs to the current active window. Similar to how Advanced Combat Tracker (ACT) overlays work.
