emoji doesn't load on message bar so I can't send emoji

Discord on mobile doesn't load the emoji on the message bar so I am unable to send emoji, for example when I usually type :emote_name: it will turns blue which means the emoji can be used, but after being online for quite a while the emoji won't load on message bar anymore, like when I type :emote_name: it won't load on the message bar so when I try to send it it will just be :emote_name: on the chat without the emote, I have nitro btw so it's not about the global emote restriction issues.
