A Nitro like perk for servers at level 3?

A suggestion for Level 3 boosted servers is that they should be able to use the emotes they currently have (from EACH server boosted to level 3. not just from the server boosted at level 3). However, this perk can only be unlocked if the server's boost status stays at level 3 for a week. Like all boosts, this will automatically be disabled when the boost goes down, and if it rises up you'll have to wait another week. 

tbh it sounds kinda bad imo. but it's all the ideas I had
