Send Community Updates in DMs Instead
Would it be viable to send community updates in DMs to users that have access to 1 or more community update channels, rather than sending them in the community update channel themselves?
For example, I'm personally a moderator on 3 guilds/servers, so I get notified of a community update 3 times throughout the day whenever there is an update.
What I think would be better, is if anyone that can has read access to the channel elected for community updates has the community update DMed to them instead. This avoids users from being notified of the same update multiple times for every guild they moderate.

Hey Seth! Hope this message finds you well.
You could mute two of the community update channels (while the rest of the channels keep their preferences) while leaving one unmuted. This likely wouldn't work if you make your community updates in a public channel like #general for example though.

While I can appreciate the suggestion, quite often (or at least in the guilds that I'm in) the channel that receives channel updates is also used for internal discussion as staff/moderators of the guild. This part applies to every instance where I currently get channel updates.

@Seth Ah ok, that makes sense, thanks for replying.
