Addition of a helpful feauture on discord overlay of text channell

I am a admin of a community server. We often organize events for Members of our server. Since there's a limit on the number of people we can can handle. We often ask them to send something like If we are organizing a "MINECRAFT BUILD EVENT". We ask people to send us something they have done So we can choose. We put Channell in media only mod and a bot deletes any text message sent because the number of people sending their creation is very high and checking all builds gets difficult and we don't want people yo chat there. But many people don't know about their message being deleted and they keep on sending messages which bot delete. We have pinned the information about this in that channell and also described it in channell topic but people still don't get it and keep sending messages that get's deleted. So we found a solution to this issue We used Stickybot which keeps sending the message intended so the latest message always to be what we intended this helped alot and people see what we typed in the intended message about the bot deleting their messages and not to chat on that channell. If there was a similar feature inbuilt in Discord it would be of great help. PC users often see channell topic but mobile users often don't and in our server the majority does use mobile. A inbuilt feature like sticky bot or something which we can let our members of server know about so that it's easy for everyone.
