autologin and how it works

It would be quite good if it worked this way (about desktop version):

- if a user didn't press logout button  then on restart or reboot ot a computer he is still loged in

- if a user pressed logout (no matter was he logged in with qr or password) then he is still NOT logged in after the restart of PC

As it is now it happens so that:

- user logs in (with QR, no test on password logging) and works for some short time

- presses logout and switches the PC off

- next user takes PC and turns it on aaaand discord is logged in previouse account despite the fact of logout
