"Streaming now" in the profile status can link to unlisted youtube streams.

Recently i found myself in really unfortunate situation with "streaming now" status in the profile.

When you have your youtube account linked to your discord server (integrations), and you are streaming on youtube with "unlisted" option (people only with the link can see the stream), discord automatically picking up the link for the unlisted stream and displaying it in the profile status.
That allows people that you don't want to see unlisted stream to connect and join the stream, without you sending the link anywhere.

I was streaming unlisted on youtube, testing my stream and than i found out people connecting to the stream and watching and commenting xD Thanks god, it was nothing more that just a test stream.

It would be really good, if discord would not pickup unlisted stream links and display it, or maybe even better to have the feature that allows you not to show your streaming activity in the profile, similar to game activity.
