Don't enable channel notification sounds by default.

I can't tell you how many times I've been woken up in the by notification sounds after reinstalling discord and forgetting to mute everything. Losing sleep just because people at having a conversation that doesn't concern me. I hope Microsoft does buy disc, I doubt they would do this.
