Title boxes on read only channels

i recently worked on redesigning my discord and organising channels around to make it a more fluid experience for my members.

Whilst doing this i condensed around 3-5 channels down into single channels and created my own Title Box at the top of the channel using custom bot embeds and named links, although this worked out incredibly well it was a lot of work. 

So the suggestion is to add an option for Title Boxes on read only channels where larger amounts of information may be displayed. For example a rules channel where there may be different sections within it. the server admins and owners could then use a slash command within the channel to create a new link to different sections on the channel.
