Extra customizable slowmode

Discord should add a feature allowing different roles or users to have different amounts of time for slowmode and make it so bots can control it as well as server owner/someone with perms. I think it could be very useful for making a specific user who is spamming have longer slowmode and having a bot that can adjust certain users slowmodes or give a strike role with 10 sec instead of 5 sec slowmode for example. So yeah that's why I think Discord should add more customizable slowmode.
