Slash Commands arguments do now allow paragraphs in PC

Currently slash commands do not allow you to do paragraphs in arguments of commands. For example if I want to do a /say command it would not work with paragraph what is sad.

I tested in Android and paragraphs work in slash commands in android so I guess it should be allowed in Discord too.

Basically: We should be allowed to do paragraphs in arguments of slash commands using SHIFT + ENTER

  Extra info: If you copy and paste a message with paragraphs on android it puts the whole message, while on PC it only puts the first paragraph
