Create slight FRAME/contour for DARKER COLOR RANKS!

If adding option for a tiny contour for roles, there would be waaay more colors to use on the chat!
Currently darker colors just are illegible, hard to read and even to see them.

Just customizing stroke around the names itself would be an amazing option to highlight some of the ranks!
