Blocked section hiding

if you block someone why is there a section where it almost highlights them.
Isn't the whole point of blocking someone is to never see them again?
This almost seems like its highlighting the people rather than hide them
i wish there was a way to hide it. Maybe almost like how Steam hides games.
if you messed up and blocked accidentally you can search them and unblock instead of having a whole section for them.
