Remove message badge circle when no new message is present

When "enable unread message badge" is enabled you will get a number representing the number of unread messages. However, when there are no unread messages, discord still shows a red circle with no numbers in it.

For someone with bad eyesight like myself, this makes it difficult to see if there are any unread messages at all. What would be a great alternative is to keep the red number when there are new unread messages, but remove the red circle completely when there are none.

    I agree with this since it will be difficult to see how many unread messages there are or if there is none at all with the current one
