Move Voice and Video to Top of Settings, Or Make (Hidden) Functionality to Move Settings Tabs

Voice and Video is already at the top for mobile devices, however Discord has made the decision to move Appearance and Accessibility above the tab for PC Users.

I find this disagreement in UI between platforms to be distasteful, but more importantly some users have a mechanical instinct to click on the first tab to edit their voice sensitivity.
