Prevent Emojis from being changed into text form
For some reason if you put certain emojis, such as the mountain emoji⛰️, Discord for no explained reason will convert the emoji into this weird looking symbol ⛰
Which looks nothing like a mountain! Don't ask how I was able to copy/paste the emoji to show it to you all, because I have no idea either. I tried doing research of why this happens and how to fix it, can't find anything.
Is there a way to fix this or something? Trying to make every channel have it's own unique emoji so it can be more different/visible compared to other channels.

Update: Did more research on ⛰ and for some reason it's a... well I still don't know. When I paste it into Discord's text-channel name it works perfectly fine. When I click "save changes" it turns into that weird symbol.
Another example of weird emoji problems is ♥ which is supposed to look like these
