Why the new logo fails at being Discord.

If the goal was to make the logo less of a controller, you utterly failed. Those things on its head are 100% buttons.

The previous logo had HORNS on its head, which matched the "Discord" name - it felt mischievous, and attracted the vets of the net just like DeviantArt did. Discord was the social network for the rebels who didn't want the average joe's Facebook or Twitter, or even Reddit, to be their main form of communication.

Now you not only changed the horns to buttons, but also changed the amazing font to... whatever the heck this new blander-than-1950s less-than-minimalist font is.

Bring back the logo and font that inspire the term "discord" at its actual definition.

And as for the new motto, just no. The term "imagine" is for sappy acoustic songs about peace and love, not DISCORD - the PUNK ROCK REBEL term. Use a rebellious motto like "take back" or "break out" or "not just another" or something.
